Premier Inn Bridlington Seafront

was staying for work…breakfast was poor, had to try hard to stab to break the yolk of my eggs & seats were awfully stained, the coffee cups had a sticky rim & the whole area needs some TLC. however the member of staff on duty was really good & helpful!

I stayed 1 night at the Hotel with work. My room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. There was space to work and the bathroom had been refurbished. Parking is available for a small charge on site. Dinner options aren’t great - go out and eat chips 😁 Breakfast choices were good.

We are avid bird watchers and we booked The Premier Inn in Bridlington early and specifically to be near Bempton Cliffs during the nesting season. Unfortunately, my wife got called for jury service but she was told the trial would be completed before our booking date, so our trip would be unaffected. However, the trial has now started and she has been advised it may take up to six weeks to conclude. We contacted The Premier Inn at Bridlington and explained the problem. The receptionist was very helpful but she could not organise a cancellation and refund, offering instead for us to choose an alternative date. I explained that the nesting season is for a limited period and it’s impractical for us to re-schedule for this time next year. Unfortunately Premier Inn do not allow for cancellations due to jury service commitments and surprisingly perhaps, there is no way of reclaiming the cost from the court either. I doubt that Premier Inn are the only hotel chain that operates such a stringent policy but one might think that given the circumstances involving a public duty, allowances could and should be made.

Beware £15 check-in, arrived for 11am to be told rooms not ready. And the early check-in time is 11 to 2-30. Like anyone would pay £15 to get into room 30 minutes early than normal. Not best premier inns stayed in , bit shabby to say it’s only 7 years old. Breakfast area poor, eggs like rubber. Seats dirty. Tables sticky. Would not stay again

Pillows were like bricks. Hot buffet was cold. Coffe machine at breakfast not working. Staff were friendly welcoming and as helpful as they could be with what they had to work with. The room and facilities were clean. Parking is available at a cost.

Hotel on seafront. Parking and check in quick and easy .Had premier plus room,very nice with a sea view. Had breakfast, good choice of OK food although dining room and crockery could have been cleaner particularly the furniture many chairs threadbare and badly stained. All in all a good stay made all the better by the exceptionally good weather for mid May.
